Before launching my real estate career, I spent 15 years as a PGA Professional at premier clubs in Jackson Hole, Big Sky, and Park City. Those years taught me the value of hard work, discipline, personalized service, and building lasting relationships. Today, I bring that same level of professionalism, attention to detail, and competitive drive to every real estate transaction.

I believe buying or selling real estate is more than a transaction—it’s a significant chapter in life’s journey. My role is to guide clients through every step of the process, providing honest advice, market expertise, and clear communication so they can make informed decisions with confidence. Dominic Poll grew up working on his family’s dairy farm and ranch, where he developed a lifelong appreciation for animals, agriculture, and the land. Those early years instilled a strong work ethic and a deep connection to the rural lifestyle that continues to shape both his personal life and real estate career today. As a youth, he was actively involved in 4-H and FFA before later moving to Detroit during his high school years when his father accepted a job there. Experiencing life in the Midwest only strengthened his appreciation for the open spaces and western lifestyle of Utah.
 
Dominic returned to Utah for college, where he played basketball and soccer while earning degrees in business and fire science. After college, he spent several years traveling internationally, including time in Russia, Estonia, and Latvia. Those experiences gave him a unique perspective and a strong appreciation for property ownership, individual freedom, and the value of land.
 
In the late 1990s, Dominic settled in Southern California, where his passion for horses was reignited through involvement with retired and rescued thoroughbreds. His introduction to real estate came when a friend asked for assistance helping clients search for horse properties. Because of Dominic’s equestrian background, he understood the specific needs horse owners look for in a property, something many agents lacked experience with. Through that process, he discovered a passion for helping clients find the right property and lifestyle fit, leading him to become a licensed real estate agent in 2006.
 
In 2008, Dominic returned to Utah to pursue the dream of owning acreage suitable for horses and the western lifestyle he values deeply. Since returning, he has built both his life and career around Utah’s equestrian and rural communities.
 
Today, Dominic owns Quarter Horses and warmblood sport horses and spends much of his free time trail riding and taking extended pack trips deep into the mountains throughout the western United States. His firsthand experience as a horse owner gives him valuable insight into the unique needs of equestrian property buyers and sellers.
 
Dominic specializes in horse properties and rural real estate, combining his lifelong passion for horses and land with extensive real estate experience. He understands that equestrian properties involve far more than simply buying acreage.  Factors such as water rights, fencing, barn design, trailer access, pasture management, and riding space all play an important role. His background allows him to guide clients through those considerations with knowledge and practical experience that few agents can offer.
